The Blue Sky New Mexican Cafe (formerly Tia Betty Blue's)

And we've all seen restaurants struggle with keeping help and keeping prices down since the end of Covid. Good food at decent prices has become a challenge. Breakfast out is something we still do but even that is getting to be a stretch at $30+ for a meal for two. One exception we enjoy is the Blue Sky in Albuquerque off San Mateo Blvd. I admit I haven't tried a lot of the items because I'm stuck on my favorite. The basic breakfast burrito, last time we were there, was still $7. Its cheese, potatoes and chilis, no meat but very tasty and huge. This thing can satisfy 2 hungry people or take half home for lunch. So breakfast for 2 for $7. Beats an Egg McMuffin by a mile!
